Low diving saves and positioning

All the Goalkeepers will be working on the following Learning Objectives,

Awareness of the flight and speed of the ball
How to execute a collapse save effectively
Avoiding turning the top half of your body as you approach the ground
Hand position in relation to the ball
Understanding of where you need to push/move the ball
Deciding the technique of their save
Foot position in relation to the goal line and ball
Anticipating where the ball may land/move towards
